"I bought Galileo FX Pro not being very competent on computer but trusting that the support at Galileo would be able to get me going. I purchased the installation and got everything installed! I GOT STUCK! I was asked to send a screenshot and had to look up how to take a screenshot! That’s how incompetent I am on the computer! I watched some videos on line being presented by “Chris” on the support team and then contacted support for additional assistance.well, to my surprise…..I was contacted by Chris and he actually offered to schedule a one on one meeting to get me up and running! In my opinion that is a wonderful example of SERVICE! That’s a rare experience. I’m confidently waiting for our meeting next Monday! BTW, I’m writing this on Friday, that a pretty good response if you ask me!"
