    The Galileo FX Zero-Stress Start Guarantee is designed to ensure that customers are not left navigating technical or operational uncertainties during the activation of Galileo FX.

    This guarantee provides structured assistance throughout the final steps required to bring Galileo FX into operation, confirming that the software is properly connected and capable of executing trades.

    Installation services are not included and must be purchased separately.

    Completion of installation is required in order to activate this guarantee.

    Scope of the Guarantee

    Under the Zero-Stress Start Guarantee, our team provides assistance with:

    • Broker compatibility verification in your country

    • Validation of platform readiness (MetaTrader 4/5 or NinjaTrader)

    • Confirmation that Galileo FX is correctly connected to the trading platform

    • Resolution of blockers preventing trading activation

    • Verification that Galileo FX can open and close trades

    The guarantee remains active until Galileo FX is confirmed operational.

     

    Installation Requirement

    To use the Zero-Stress Start Guarantee, installation services must be purchased separately.

    The guarantee applies only after installation has been completed and covers any remaining issues that prevent Galileo FX from becoming operational.

     

    Exclusions

    The Zero-Stress Start Guarantee does not include:

    • Installation or configuration services

    • Strategy selection, optimization, or tuning

    • Performance, profit, or outcome guarantees

    • Trade execution on behalf of the client

    • Capital or risk management

    All funds remain with the client’s broker at all times.

    Galileo FX does not access or control client funds.

     

    Completion of the Guarantee

    The Zero-Stress Start Guarantee is considered fulfilled once:

    • Galileo FX is installed

    • Connected to a supported trading platform

    • Verified to execute trades correctly

    Once these conditions are met, the guarantee is complete.

     

    Intended Use

    This guarantee is intended for customers who:

    • Have purchased a Galileo FX license

    • Have purchased and completed installation services

    • Require assistance ensuring successful trading activation
